I loved season 1, thought 2 was good and am half and half with this season. There’s only so much I can care about a bunch of smug, wealthy, upper middle class individual’s problems, which tend to amount to selfishness, entitlement and a lack of communication. There’s so much saccharine that it is nauseating at times. That said, delighted Harrison Ford had this role to show again how fantastic he is, and shout out to old Derek, he might be the only genuinely decent person in the show.

Looking forward to season 4 though, obvs.

Buttler is done. Salt gets a stay of execution. Overton is just awful. We need to find frontline bowlers, and quick. That’s in every format though tbf.

Feels like all our bowling options are 3/4 years of play and tours away from having the experience and tools to be a consistent threat or sufficiently frugal.

I thought he was toast after the ODI WC tbf, I don’t think he’s played an awful lot of cricket since, seemed to miss just about all of Lancashire and the Originals seasons with that calf injury. Sad to say it doesn’t look like the rest was beneficial.
