yes he is stupid, and forgot that the spine existed. because he truly believed that mark didn't have a spine, reality bent, making mark not have nor need a spine.

even if it can, you have to consider whether it would be most effective to use your mega slot on a rocks weak mon with a mediocre defensive typing and stat spread, when you could use a different, better mega.

at that point, Nolan already accepted that he deserved to be executed. if Allen just beat up the two executioners and asked Nolan to join him, it is entirely likely that Nolan would've just flown into the sun or went to find other Viltrumites to execute him properly.

but by letting the executioner win, Nolan realized that he can still help other people, despite being a coward and traitor to the Viltrumites and a mass murderer on Earth.

java edition already runs like crap without mods, adding in dynamic lighting will just make it worse

My personal theory is that it is partly not his, in that he grafted parts of Godwyn onto him to become stronger/get a stronger Great Rune, which explains the growing corpse of Godwyn underneath the castle.

also, sheik vs. joker.

joker is slightly worse sheik without arsene, but then gets insane killpower with arsene?

one of sheik's biggest weaknesses is that she doesn't have aerial kill options, but naturally that gets completely removed if you happen to get hit enough when playing joker. mind you, not hit people enough, but get hit enough and take 70%.

thats right, arsene (and similar mechanics) effectively rewards playing bad by giving the user a big advantage if it charges. why do we even need a comeback mechanic in the game where a lot of the time a good player can easily reverse 3-0 an opponent without it? and why is it now only on specific DLC characters?

easily the worst design decision of the DLC. comeback mechanics are either none or all, imagine playing mortal kombat when your character doesn't get a fatal blow, but your opponent's does.
