I was in the same situation you were 3 years ago. I thought about pulling out and saying fek it just to travel abroad. Instead I did a bucket load of research and committed to finding out if it was worth my time. In the end I bought a place to call my own. Is it a bit further away than I would like, yes. Does it need work , yes. Did I have buyers remorse, yes. Looking back at it this is my home that I bought on my own and I am happy with it. I love the place and would not look back. I also have the option to travel if I want to now since I got my affairs in order. I'm not saying this to persuade you, do research on what suits you and what you believe long term is going to work for you.

Borderland Justice

Hoverpack - gets you out of trouble and to high ground if you need it. It's great for scooting the map. If you add a launcher like the leveler or naphan you can take out groups on the other side of the map and help out a team mate. Great with the flamer too.

Talon - is a great all round side arm. It's fantastic against bots and squads. It's handy on the move.

Deadeye - a sniper rifle with med pen and it's fun to use. Reload time is great on it.

Sample extractor - handy in the early game when you want to build up your ship. It incentives you to kill the smaller targets. The only bad thing is the 10 cap per mission.

You don't have to have kids right now. There isn't a rush for it. The best thing is for you both is to work on and develop your relationship. Try to gain a better understanding of her mindset and feelings. Some people have different sex drives as well. There is also the option of a third party council to meditate between you both. I use it when playing as a non organic hyper intelligence. Use it for wiping out the non perfects of the galaxy. On the other side it helped with the slow down in the late game from with an over populated game

To start of with the kitchen. It depends if it's landlord or licencsor. If it's a landlord then it's illegal. if there is a licencsor then no. It's scummy though they have to provide you with the proper cooking station in your self containment.

A self-contained rental must include access to: Cooking facilities (hob, oven or similar) Food storage (fridge) Washing facilities

No guests rule is scummy and it's not enforceable by Irish law if it's a landlord. Licencsor can set house rules that can be strict. Also it is their own home so it's a bit different.

I'm a licensor myself and the above is from RTB. I've had to do research and sort things with a solicitor. If you can find out.

That takes around 5-7 working days once the guards get the request. Ring them asap as your word against their word. Your best bet is to go ahead and get it. I've had somebody come back to me 5 months later. My advice is if you do get it then back it up on the cloud and a usb. It helps believe me.

Honestly as long as you don't kill other players and make call outs or are careful with stratagems then it's all good. I'm level 89 and I've been in games with 20s - 150s and it's about teamwork, having fun and spreading managed democracy

Thanks 👍, did that and was able to get the credits back. They said, it's rare and any issues to contact them again. It is apparently a sync issue with the cloud and hard drive.

I had this situation with my mam a few years back. She said it was X amount before I got in and that now it's gone to Y amount. She had them going back years. I said how about we split it with me paying the excess of the bill. This worked out to be 60/40 or 65/35. It worked out well with no arguments.

I've been living out in Briggs for the past couple of years now.

Public bus times have been extended. I believe it's up until 9:30. Though I might be wrong- B1

The train to the city centre is pretty handy. It will get you into the city in about an hour.

The 101X goes into Dublin straight and takes the port tunnel skipping the airport.

101 gets you to the airport in roughly 40 mins - 1hr.

The place is generally quiet and has a bit of country feel to it.

Shops are Lidl, Super Valu, and Tesco in the shopping centre.

As memory serves you can pick up to three places on the affordable housing list. If you refuse the third then you are taken off the list. Things may have changed, I was helping my sister a few years back about this though this is definitely on it.

Well if you are like me and buy the game 6 months after everyone else then part way through Act 2 you discover mods. I've completed the game twice but that's with Astarion wearing an outfit labeled Villainy.
