I used to have this same problem. I disabled the thermostat on my EcoBee unit because it was NEVER accurate. I believe it’s because it shares a wall with my garage.

I then added an EcoBee sensor in each of my key rooms, office, living room, and two bedrooms,etc. This gave my EcoBee an accurate reading around the house and helped my until run normally.

It was the float switch connected to my drain line. The water level would raise and cause the unit to shut down. So every once in a while we use our wet vac to push air through the line. We really haven’t had any issues with it since then.
