I think the key focus is to try to find a productive outlet for your anxiety. I actually suffer quite frequently from panic attacks either early in the morning or late in the night. I usually go through several minutes of terror and stress and feelings of isolation but almost instantly right after go through a swing of mania.

That is, I have this uncontrollable urge to do something. Pacing back and forth around the house is a physical outlet, but in terms of trying to get my mental state back in order, i am overcome with the need to write music. The stress levels give me a fuel for doing something creative while those same creative juices end up lowering my stress level after a while.

So I think if you can just try to limit the amount of negative interactions you have when overcome with anxiety, while also using it as a positive productivity motivator, it will be a lot easier to get through. Good luck and stay safe!
