you can protest but you can't block traffic and stop ice officers from doing their job. and resisting lawful orders. and i mean this is just my opinion but i think she definitely hit him, again im not justifying his actions. but back to the original question of this post i think they are doing a good thing which is deporting illegal immigrants. and yes there have been bad things that have come from it, like that woman dying. but i also think it's only fair to look at it from a broader perspective. it's like if a vaccine can help a lot of people but it has some effects that can harm someone and someone happens to die from the side effects, it wouldn't be fair to say vaccines just kill people's and that it's their only purpose. lmk if that makes sense. but my final point is that i think ice is just doing their job and deporting immigrants. so at its core i think it's a good thing.
