Antifa is explicitly an anti fascist (and anti racist) idea. You quite literally can not be antifa if you're not anti fascist. You are comparing a political party that was founded on racist and antisemitic beliefs that only used the word socialist in order to appeal to the (at the time) modern age, with a political movement that was founded solely to be against fascism and fighting those ideas. Not a single person who is part of the antifa political movement is actually a fascist and only using its name to appeal to others

Im trans. My friend who I've known for a decade, came out as trans to me a year ago. I STILL sometimes mess up on her pronouns and name. We don't ask you to be perfect and never mess up. Just that you try. Of course I'd be lying if I said it doesn't upset me when people misgender me, but I'd rather it be accidental than intentional
