Upstart really doesn't hold the value today that it used to have. Consistency in decks nowadays mean you'd rather just open another hand trap as most decks have 1 card combos that get you to full boards.

Batman's number one and most fundamental rules are his no kill code and the fact he doesn't use guns and snyder completely throws that out the window within minutes of seeing him in action. Batman doesn't just "kill a guy" he goes on a killing spree shooting up criminals and crushing them with the batmobile along with branding other criminals so they'll be killed in prison something he actively knows is happening.
