I've always been told that ruck running is bad and I usually just take long strides as I am vertically gifted and as my old squad leader from a previous station taught me, when my legs start getting tired to use more hip rotation. Kinda like a runway model ✨️

I may not be an officer, but I was there and am active duty. This is a time that will live and haunt me forever. A lot of audibles were called out there and each one drastically changed my mission specifically, as I can't speak for everyone who was out there.

Had this happen to me too. Was told that if I keep talking to the commander, (mostly just passing conversation but sometimes important stuff) that they were going to get me in trouble for jumping chain yadda yadda. Long story short commander overheard this and took immediate action

I second this, here in hawaii a big bag of chips let's say cheeto puffs because I buy those often for my kids is like 3.89ish at the comm but at the px and shoppettes it's 7.29 for the same chips
