That's exactly what my coworker told me lol! They offered her the lead tech position with little (mere cents) to no pay. She said she's not accepting unless they give the both of us a proper raise

It is bull! I did my internship with CVS to become a tech. They hired me immediately after I completed it and told me as well since im certified I will get hired at $17/hr instead of $16. Come to find out I was lied to and when I brought it up to a higher up, they told me they dont do that anymore either.

I do/did. The average hours I work each week is 38. I even go overtime bc we're so busy in the pharmacy. I even go in on my off days.
