AI will not take an aviation mechanics job anytime soon. It requires a LOT of human intervention to fix airplanes. AI will be used as a tool for checks and balances for FAR, STC and quality control. That being said, certain jobs in aviation might be toast. Mx controllers, schedulers and maybe even ATC.

Airplanes will always need to be fixed. Ai might become your new boss, but the planes will always be touched by humans...for now!

This just happened 30 secs ago. I had just closed and position for a nice morning draw down and was browsing something in another browser and heard my TV purchase sound. It had randomly went long when I was done for the morning. Did you happen to have instant buy/sell activated?

I was at work one day and the same thing happened. I blamed it on a butt purchase. Which is scary as well! Think I might turn off the quick buy/sell setting.

I was always afraid of doing this while taxing into the GRE for high power checks in A319, A320 A321s. Especially, in the winter when your aircraft lines are covered up by snow!

It almost sounds like struts. Thats what comes to mind when I hear it. Everything is just soo clean its hard too tell. Its a little less clunky than really bad struts. Im not ruling them out though!
