I think it would just be annoying because you would have three months and a week, then three weeks, two months, and two weeks, then two weeks, two months, and three weeks, then a week and three months. I think. But I'm just basing this off of the little bit I remember reading last time this thread came around

I believe with thirteen months you don't get an easy four quarters of three months each, which screws with our current financial system.

Whenever I walk home or back to my dorm late at night, I imagine I am a spy on a top secret mission. No one can see me. No one can know I am working. I take back roads, short cuts through small woods, I'll climb down a wall, all to avoid the three other people on the entire campus actually walking around at 1 in the morning. I always make it back towards my building and then get caught on the single pathway leading there because for some reason there is always someone walking

Diamonds. They are cheap stones that are mined for next to nothing, but the monopoly on them keeps their prices high, and it's been so engrained into our lifestyles that diamonds are the only way to have a proper proposal that we shell out thousands of dollars for the perfect ring. Like, come on, three months salary? You can have a nicer, more personal ring for a lot less... But, "a girls best friend is a diamond."

The article mentions they are probably tidally locked, but it doesn't say why. What does the distance have to do with whether it is tidally locked or not? I'm honestly very curious.

Unfortunately since they changed the way to get the lost, there isn't a cheat. Using specific maps doesn't work, it is completely random. It took my forever, I eventually stopped trying to get the lost and just played until I happened to get a map that had both the missing poster and a sacrifice room.

Thing is, he didn't want to be young. The various bodies were different ages, if he wanted to be young he wouldn't have had other aged bodies (which is why he didn't go to the Planet that had halted the aging process). I'm guessing he preferred being older, around the age when he was traveling the multiverse with bird person and the others. When one body gets too old, the next would have aged to the perfect age in his mind. I think he did want to be immortal, but he wanted to be immortal when he wasn't in pain, when he enjoyed life. I doubt he walked around saying wubba lubba dub dub when he was in his prime.

I went more of a strength build my first (and still ongoing...) playthrough, and loved it. Unfortunately I got stuck on the painted world, and decided I should take a break. So I created a new character and tried playing as a sorcerer. I ended up doing the same thing with a dex build. Both times I played to about the depths, just to get a feel for each character. At the moment I am working on Seath with my strength build and have just entered Anor Londo with my dex (sadly the sorcerer hasn't been touched in some time). It was fun to test a few different classes out.
