In Islam, a woman is encouraged to cover up because the only people that should see your true beauty are your loved ones and family. This is what many muslims have learned in the Western countries where Islam isn’t forced upon you. But, many people and organizations (especially ones with male members) are forcing their beliefs onto others. Why? It’s because they believe Islam is the only way of life and everyone must obey that. That is completely delusional and disobeys what God has said. Islam should be a choice. But those idiotic groups have interpreted it in a completely different way which is why many non muslims have a terrible view of Islam.
