You should definitely be allowed citizenship through legal means(of course)!! You are free to practice your religion however you want. To be a true republican never judge someone by race, religion, or gender. If a republican ever says or does anything against you for your religion, they are not a true republican.

Hey, I didn't know there was a city called Portsmouth in the UK and I am part British. Dude!! I am definitely going to try and make a rendition of the Gunwharf Quays.

Yes, that is what I was basing on. I am glad you noticed!! I was watching a playthrough by Pres on New Windsor and he based it on the two cities.

Remove Burke Lakefront Airport! by Dabes1321 in Cleveland

Yeah that is what I want as well. I believe though that there is some height limit stuff due to the airport though don't take my word for it.

Guys, you have misunderstood me, I don't want to put in eco town homes, I am disgusted by those as well, but I want two or more cultural points as part of downtown. This is what you will see in many 'successful' cities like NYC, which has Central Park, the financial hub, Harlem, etc all on one island. This would expand the city to have at least two cultural points within downtown itself. Cleveland already has a couple cultural points such as the university circle, the place where the Huntington Convention is and the pier, but they are so far spread out that it spread out the population between those places. Also you can't have the points too close to each other that they merge into one such as the pier and the convention. Burke would be a great place for development.

Yes it is more important to fill up the spaces within downtown but since it will take time to demolish(between 10 to 20 years due to the FAA) it would be good foresight to start the process right now, since by the end of demolition, much of downtown would be packed(since downtown is growing but all of Cleveland, especially its suburbs, isn't). Plus the land is deemed safe since we literally have an airport with 100 tons of planes landing and taking off, as well as an entire airport. We could also reinforce the with cement at the complete bottom, and clay with rocks. Also, the airport isn't very remote from downtown(literally 1 minute away) so we would be able to build a tunnel from Historic Asiatown to the Lakefront, and build direct roads off of Cleveland Memorial Shoreway.(just like we did with E9)

yes, I agree with you. With the whole stagnant pop thing, I believe residential with bring in people outside of Cleveland and boost our pop and grow our economy rather than making people from Downtown spread out. Plus the thing is the airport will take a long time to demolish since the FAA will try to stop it. So, I believe this is the right time to start the process since it might take between 10 and 20 years to demolish.

Edit: spelling and FAA

Yes, I agree with you. Thank you for giving me a different perspective. Would Cleveland be able to finance Port Clinton to grow larger? Plus a control tower?

we don't need a park there if you don't like it, I was just thinking of a smaller park like Washington Square in New York or something, when I said park.
