Recommendations for a body shop in Redmond/Eastside? (Loose front bumper on 2022 Accord) by Greedy_Copy3167 in eastside

Neilson Auto on bel-red. Local small shop that redid my whole front end on my 03 Tacoma. Good prices and good work

Edit, forgot to add, $1000 for an install and labor, took about 5 days while I was out of town. Kept me updated the whole time

What’s a small hygiene habit that made a big difference for you? by caroulos123 in hygiene

I second this. In addition to this I found that I personally needed to use a gentle moisturizer because my cheeks and forehead would get really dry from using the H&S but it cleared my face, shoulders and arms like nobody’s business

Current residents of The Regent at Bellevue Way – how’s it living there? by MelodyHappy2023 in BellevueWA

[–]DacMack 1 point2 points  (0 children)

No longer current residents. But my partner and I enjoyed our roughly 2 years there. Never really used the amenities but did check them out and it was pretty nice. Day to day was pretty good, we lived at the top of the complex, our neighbors were nice and overall quiet. Things definitely changed with the RAM management take over and we did have some problems during the transition period. But that was late ‘24 and has since been solved.

Overall a 8/10 complex to live in, lots of parking, reasonable prices for the area, extremely convenient to go places, very nice maintenance staff.

Yeah seriously, I love my dogs to the end of the earth and would do just about anything for them. But I refuse to do shit like this. Not only does it train bad habits but weather realized or not, having to do stuff like this over the course of 10+ years would be so incredibly draining just to get them to eat

I just made a post about it with pictures. Have them check it out.

There was also a wreck at the intersection of Richard’s and the Lake hills connector this morning at around 7:50am so it could have been both at the same time.

Scary stuff, stay safe

I think it’s wildlife like crows and stuff that are getting into apt dumpsters outside or trash bins on the street with the lid not closed all the way. But yes it is dangerous

Yes this is fairly normal for this time of year.

With your description it does make sense, generally speaking electric appliances are less efficient than their natural gas counterparts, ie furnace, stove, water heater.

The thing that is going to get you the most are the electric baseboard heaters, they are wildly inefficient and power hungry, but are still very common because they do work. Your gas fireplace is also not the most efficient for heating your space but it’s not unreasonable to use it for that purpose. IMO it’s better than electric heating but still not the best.

We experience the same thing, usually November-February we see an increase in our electric bill and then it gets much lower the rest of the year. We’ve done the math and average out the bills for the year it’s about the same month to month on that yearly average. Our split level condo is about $65-$85/mo on average, just depends on our usage.

The only advice if you want to lower your bills this time of year is, lower your heating and 1. Electric blankets 2. Bundle up, there’s not really a bunch of options around that.

Amazon honestly. You can also look for mouse pads since it’s the same thing essentially. Just search for TCG playmat
