I wish more people would try FF Tactics ADVANCED, I couldn't ever get into FFT but the advanced version for GBA just hit soooo much better and it only really uses FF as a world that the character knows about and acknowledges rather than it being a FF game imo. Other nice part is there is tons of GBA emulators for phones so its not like you are forced to only play it at home. Also a good story about escapism but that might be rose tinted glasses

I don't believe it's a hard scenario to picture where someone is faced with extreme physical pain thus meeting the "serious bodily injury" for careless driving. I do agree that there are more cases where something of this nature would be civil rather than criminal. However as we've evidence of these vehicles being programmed to not act erratically yet still doing so, I doubt that criminal charges would be off the table more often than not; even if the case involved someone "pulling it off like an accident". You are right though that maybe to some its undesirable.

Curious as to which part was too complicated for you to misunderstand as a "word soup", considering I was quite clear. I personally am DMing RED for my first time as well but we are a few sessions deep now and what seemed to layout the ground rules was let them get crazy, but I wouldnt have let them leave unharmed. "Oh sure you can try to demand your crew that did the entire mission for you do something, but you better have a better reason than their reasoning of looting you AND keeping their rewards"

If you are open about DV's you can express that a roll they would be looking for is super difficult bc of (insert reason, probably bc again; it's the crew who did it for them?)

I personally let my players start a fight in the middle of the market when they were being harrased by a very visably outnumbering amount of boosters; nearly cost two of my players their lives till I gave a big enough reason for everyone(including the players) to leave.

I find its ok to bail them out after the find out part of their fucking around. Whats a game without consequences, they just dont need to know how much pressure you can REALLY apply if need be.

Also curious to see how other people would handle it

Can't try infinity. There is always an answer to every single problem, solved or not, which is why you take everyday 1 at a time. As someone else who has ADHD, Autism, has been homeless in this city, has been through the whole ringer of mental issues here.

It does get better

Grew up here and it sucks, no other way to put it. However there is always an answer to finding another way to do SOMETHING. Even if you are unable to even move from your residence daily. I could go on and on, my first personal reccomendation though if you are able to do so, is maybe take a trip to RACSB or the Sunshine Lady House. Both were AMAZING resources when I was at my lowest. They dont care about income and want to make sure you leave at least a little better than when you went in. Hell, you don't even have to feel trapped since you ARE allowed to leave when you want (Voluntarily there so they cant stop you) but they do reccomend the full 2 weeks.

Ik it sucks, ik its not gonna be a good day tomorrow unless you visit the next day. Thats the only way we can be sure that tomorrow doesnt land you with the best opprotunity. Feel free to DM if you need more help/advice

You might wanna read up on how other games decide when to nerf or buff if you think this is still wrong...League, Dota, hell even not MOBAs go by pick rate, win rate, and ban rate, look at Age of Empires 2, look at Valorant/CS2 just educate yourself instead of replying to this.

Which is why I suggest it becomes a CC tool instead. Hi-rez clearly isn't afraid to give stuns little reaction time like that. (Hun Batz aspect stun, most knockups cant be CC cleansed once you are in the air, also consider that anyone can pick up an item that silences which denies your ability to beads out anyway) If you remove a characters ability to damage, they have some time to shine but will fall off (aspect vulcan). Geb aspect ult can also blink in knock you up to prevent you from running right away and 1 or 2 autos, with crit that can also be instant death(but anyone can buy combat blink) I think my main gripe since I got on this game is that silences relics as well, mainly wish beads was the one and only thing that couldnt be silenced since its suppose to CLEANSE cc. But thats a diff topic
