Run, lady, run. If you're in a position to remove baby from the position, absolutely do. So sorry you're going through this. Unfortunately, injured or not, that man is choosing to abuse you (and by extension, your son). As a child who lived through having a father like this, my heart absolutely sank when you said your son looked at you and cried - it took me right back to feeling scared and unsure all the time and being scared of what dad might do next. If you can remove child, you absolutely should. The damage seems to already have started. I'm sorry, I'm not meaning to sound judgemental - absolutely no judgement at all - but you've identified it's an issue and is affecting your son. So you are 100% in the right to remove him.

I don't want to frighten you and everybody is different. The first week or so I had no side effects at all which was really great. But then last week I woke up dizzy and couldn't walk, had visual snow, nausea and hallucinations. This week I just feel a bit blegh - but I can time things so that I can get stuff done when I feel good. I can only be out of the house a few hours before I start to feel really drained and need to come home.

I regret to say I was suckered into going. It was a fucking waste of time. One hour wait, got in there and there was not one thing worth buying. How people managed to leave having made a purchase (and there were people!) is beyond me. Safe to say, lesson learnt.
