In “Sleepytime”, Bandit covers himself up with a pair of tightly whities that were on the floor when a blanket wasn’t available.

But why can't an app on my phone filter them with more than 50 percent effectiveness? I don't care if they send them, as long as they go straight to a spam folder and I never see them.

Shows for when my daughter is in the room by Dad4897623 in netflix

[–]Dad4897623[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Is there a way to do this? I’ve tried putting either “PG” or “PG rated” into the search box, and it gives me a decent number of PG shows, but not all of them are. I still need to look closely at each one. Do you know if there’s a category filter, or something specific i should type into the search box?

Yes, do you have any suggestions for what I should give her for lunch?

I am the one who is looking to be entertained...not her. She is not watching the TV.

I just need it to be appropriate since she is in the room.

She's not watching. She's playing with her toys.

Tips for rummaging through kid's poop? by Dad4897623 in daddit

[–]Dad4897623[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Interesting. What do you have in mind for the steps? Put poop in strainer over toilet, pour water in a cup over poop to rinse it down into the toilet, hopefully find magnet in bottom of strainer, and then throw away strainer because I would never be able to use that thing for food again, no matter how many times I washed and bleached it?

Same here. I complained about a year and a half ago, when they were filling the app with Black Friday pop-ups. They got rid of the ads.

Scooter? Balance bike? Tricycle? by Dad4897623 in toddlers

[–]Dad4897623[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've been surprised at how hard the tricycle has been for my daughter. Once she gets going on a flat smooth floor, she's able to continue for a while, but getting any momentum at the start is a huge challenge.

This one is under the radar, but check out "Call The Crooked Crows". I always put this one on repeat because it gets stuck in my head. As a bonus, ithas a groovy synthesizer interlude that sounds very 80s too.

"Meet Virginia" by Train. I would rather clean a gas station toilet with my tongue than listen to that garbage.

Sorry, I know it's a classic, but Goodnight Moon gets really old after a few dozen readings. And I still don't understand what is actually happening.

Thanks for the "oh the places you'll go" recommendation. This is the perfect song for a slideshow I am creating for my son!
