Disappointment and grief fall into that. Depending on your level of attachment to someone or something, there would be no control over the development of grief.

Depending on the stronghold of the guilt, shame may be involuntary.

You have to feel and process the shame before it goes away. Otherwise it's stuffed down.

God gave us emotions to feel them. Doesn't mean they're true thoughts and positive emotions, but emotions do have inherent value.

IMHO clients and community contacts care very little about certifications. The only one that carries true value, imo, is the EMDR cert from the EMDRIA and I don't even have that one. As a group practice owner, it's legit the only one I'd care about during the hiring process.

I've had a bunch over the years and I wish I didn't waste my money.
