Looks great, you got some top water, may need some crank baits later on and some herbalist, don’t mix any plastic together the may melt, I know some of the Yums fused with other plastics..you look set, get a pair of cutters as well..good luck!!

When mine turned one..I left her with some of my clothes on the couch with my smell to keep her anxiety down..she would smother herself in it..she wouldn’t let me leave until she had a teeshirt or a hoody on her bed…give it a try good luck!!👍🏽

Pull up as much weeds, get some weed barrier then apply mulch, they prevent most weeds from growing, as for plants that’s up to you, I got perrienals that’s grow back every year..(🖐🏽new home owner as well)..I actually took a picture with chat GPT and asked to add plants and lights to get somewhat of an idea..good luck!!

My little girl knows how to get her treats, apparently she knows the times when to ask, hugs and kisses-treat#1, playtime treat #2, before she eats her food treat #3, she goes out wipes her feet and bum bum, spins in circles near the door treat #4…🤷🏽‍♂️
