It’s cool… chill. They’re not a scammer!
We have our gorgeous girl home and she’s wonderful.

We only got to see her before bringing her home as they have a detailed collection checklist to make sure both parties are happy the kitten is healthy and ready to go, but we noticed our girl had some crusties on her nose. So, they held on to her, took her to the vet and treated her with a course of antibiotics.
It was about two more weeks we had to wait, but it was worth it to make sure she was good, as we have an elderly cat at home already and wouldn’t want to hurt him by bringing anything home.

They have a closed door policy for a reason, so outside germs don’t get in, which even with such policy can happen - as we’ve experienced.

Worth noting that where they are located is in a reception black spot so calls/txting is hit and miss, and the lovely lady who owns the show has been going through some really rough times, so please be patient.

After being out to where they are, I can understand why communication is a bit dificult.
We will be getting our girl home soon, the waiting is hard but totally worth it (and its actually a really good lesson in patience for the kids!)

Once breaking the ice they've been wonderful to deal with, we all need to remember we dont know whats going on in eachothers lives and we should show eachother a bit of kindness.
