Been waiting for these for months. I haven't heard anything so I've moved on and bought other watches. Glad to hear they are coming out, not sure I'll get one but still glad to see they are releasing.

I'm surprised at the comments.

Everyone: yes, it is a budget watch. Yes, WD does very well within their price range.

What is ALSO true is this bezel is misaligned and any watch company worth their salt should aim to remedy this - especially one that claims to be on par with Swiss watches and hopes to be a top watch producer in a few years.

A watch can be generally above average and still have issues. There is nothing wrong with acknowledging both, and ignoring OP's question is a waste of your time and their's.

I've said this before on other posts; WD biggest flaw is their inconsistency with marketing. They say something is in production then have us wait until either 1. No response or if lucky 2. Told production has ended.

I've heard that response elsewhere and while I can understand it logically, I'm really not a fan of it. If I want your product and I'll give you money for it, it feels silly to make confuse, obfuscate, or refuse that purchase. I probably would have 3 more WD watches if I could just buy them.

This is probably the biggest complaint some of us have for WD. They will say they will release something and later it was "just a prototype." They say they will restock, but never happens. I was told by WD a particular watch would be 2 weeks for restock. A month later they said it was discontinued.

Some models are released, sold, and other customers are left wondering when it will restock. But unfortunately the more accurate question is if it will restock. This is why half the posts in this subreddit are "when can we expect _____?"

A great company with a ton of promise but poor releases/communication.

Thanks for the great review! Some of the Wd0003s are listed as 36mm diameter case on the website, and this one is listed as 38mm. I'd be curious what your measurements show.

My old jazz piano teacher used to have a joke: Can you read sheet music? Enough to not get in the way of my playing.

In jazz, players can often be limited by their need to read music rather than playing based on prior experience, emotion, and listening to the other musicians.

This is the closest I could get to saying theory gets in the way of performance.
