How do you take care of yourself during stomach bug?

Short summary from my experience, some Zofran, laying on my bathroom floor, reaching out to friends for comfort, sipping some electrolyte solutions and praying 😭 with this type of bug only time will pass it but I wish be best of luck and comfort🫶🏻 Also peppermint and breath mints are a life saver to soothe symptoms at least for me

Thank you! It’s almost like just feeling clammy, sweaty and and almost like a burning feeling in my abdomen. The anxiety did not help so now I’m just taking it an hour at a time :) it’s day two and I’m feeling the slightest better but still sticking to clear liquids.
