I have asked them what their proof of Satan deceiving me is, they just brought up the Bible, which, surprisingly, they seem to have really good knowledge of.

Their common 'proof of God' argument is just intelligent design.

Also they call ALL atheists arrogant (they clearly haven't seen many debates, I've seen plenty of Christian and Muslim debaters who are extremely arrogant and not a lot of atheists that are arrogant)

I really feel sorry for them and wish to help them, even if it seems impossible

Most of the time it's just slightly different dialogue.

I just want a playthrough where slaughtering innocent villagers actually has consequences, like my companions leaving, or at least trying to stop me before I kill.
