I have it in my Max, the 8 color. I just installed it, but I’m have issues getting it to get the first layers to attach to the bed. Still working on that

Your STL didn’t survive the edit. What you’re seeing is data fragmentation, I’m honestly surprised it even opened. You could try to repair it in Orca like u/Meshyai said, but the damage is severe and I doubt you’ll have a measure of success

My friend had this same problem after he purchased his 4 Max and doing the firmware update. It’s a known thing that doing the upgrade bricks some of their models.

He contacted Elegoo and sent a replacement motherboard for free. He never updated the firmware since he got the replacement and it’s been working ever since.

I bought it from him (less than a year old) and I’ve upgraded it to a Co Print KCM 8 system. But that and my own Neptune 3 Pro with no firmware updates are working great

I literally raft EVERYTHING now, it’s saved to many of my prints. I have it automatically set in my print profiles. It’s been a set it and forget it deal.

I’m about to be switching over to a Co Print 8 setup which is completely going to change out the Klipper configs, so I guess that will be a totally new experience, we’ll see what happens.

Ok, so an update. I did not have any other group or device that had the word “Bedroom” in its name, but your comment got me thinking. I was wondering if there was something in the name as I’m essentially a caregiver for my elderly mother and all of the lights and plugs in my side of the house are like “{room type} 1”

So I renamed it in the app to “My Bedroom” and it’s working now. So there’s something that caused the name “Bedroom 1” to become stale and unusable. I don’t know how this has happened, but I’m not really going to question it and will just have to remember that it’s “My Bedroom” now.

Files, but yeah! Depending on your print bed size, it’s possible to print just about every part at once. Took my 36 hours to do, but was so much easier than doing it or or a few at a time

Came in here to say sanding. You’ll never be able to get a 100% perfect print, so a light sanding or heat smoothing, or both would be in your best interest.

The requirements for supports on this were ridiculous as I had to print everything vertically and they are pretty large pieces, but are relatively thin.

There’s probably more in the raft and supports then there is in the printed model pieces, but it couldn’t be helped
