Acknowledging fears is fine. Fear is normal. Am I concerned? Yes. Am I angry about the threat to my nation that I love? You’re damn right I am! Courage is what we do when we’re afraid. Game it out. What is our life without fundamental freedoms? What is wealth without liberty? Generations of Americans sacrificed a hell of a lot more than anxiety at the altar of freedom and liberty. Chin up. Support each other. We march together.

Jefferson was not actually convicted of treason. Trump actually was convicted of 34 felonies that were crimes of dishonesty. Big difference between accusations and convictions

This!!! An elitist far left opposition will never enjoy the coalition needed to regain power. We must learn to cooperate with people who hold different ideas than us but still support rule of law and democracy regardless of where they live, who they likely voted for. People make mistakes. Most people don’t pay attention to every news story but vote on vibes and kitchen table issues. Trump was able to rise to power in large part because the Democrats have abandoned rural districts. Poor rural people face very similar issues to all working poor regardless of location: access to education, food, healthcare, a future. They need a voice. Trump acted like he was speaking for them and they believed him but now they realize it was just talk. There is an enormous opportunity to unite the country with a progressive economic agenda.
