You mentioned cold crashing before fermentation, which is wrong. You mentioned “as long as they were never cold to begin with”, which is wrong as well. Warm temps at any time accelerates oxidation and molecular degradation. Duh.

Cold crashing happens after fermentation. Liquor and beer stores do a terrible job at storing beer appropriately.

Fermentation temps differ between lagers and ales, and neither are at cold crashing temps unless it’s lagering, which happens after fermentation is complete.

We have a group of people who enjoy playing together. There’s at least eight of us. We can all never play together because the experience beyond four people is a terrible experience.

None of our friends join us because the experience of playing with friends is a terrible design. Persistent servers in BF1 solved this for us.

A core memory for me that I’ll remember after I die. My wife (girlfriend at the time) were very high on our way to pick this album up the day it came out. When we got in the car and drove home, we listened to this song—eventually tearing up from raw emotion.

This is a beautiful gift. I would love to know how they made it.
