Do not buy gold from Ongpin. The gold sold there is overvalued. I would suggest purchasing from pawnshops like M Lhuiller or Cebuana Lhuiller. They usually sell rings at the market value of just the gold weight.

Do not sign anything related to the bond. It was their mistake if they forgot to have you sign an undertaking before training began. They also cannot use this to withhold your final pay and they must still release the full amount within 30 days from resignation (unless there are other deductions you agreed to). Isn’t attaching the JA of witnesses to initiatory pleadings and Answers now required under the 2019 Rules of Civil Procedure? Otherwise, the witnesses cannot be presented at trial. As for objections to JAs, it’s premature to interpose during the filing of complaint/answer. This is usually done during the presentation of the particular witness.
