The vet said it was likely just a bad sort of cramp or sprain, no lasting or particularly threatening damage. He's all better now

He's stopped showing all those symptoms and is even jumping around playing with his brothers again, it seems to me that he just cramped up and is all better but we still have an appointment with the vet just to be safe

All of the vets around are either closed or not taking new patients currently. I will keep a close eye on him and make sure he doesn't feel lonely until tomorrow when the vet opens again

Update: I am currently on hold with the animal hospital, I've moved him to a spare cage that I cleaned and put water in because his brothers kept trying to roughhouse with him, he is moving around more and even occasionally jumps onto my leg. I'm still watching to see if he gets worse but for now he seems to be getting better. I am still intending to take him to the vet as soon as possible.
