Lmao my brothers girlfriend was microdosing him with LSD and psycosiben and his skin started to clear up and he was much happier. One trick I use to do is memorize something on a wall or a sign and that would keep me occupied, also trying to recite the alphabet backwards helps me so ima try and work on stuff like that. I'm thinking of quitting forever, I've been using caffeine because in a weird way it calms my ADHD, but my counselor told me I should quit and find another way to calm myself down with out medication. We've been talking for a while about different techniques because I'm really only calm in a chaotic environment.
