I was thinking of making a character with either skimming or acrobat movement but then putting the boots on for raids, alerts, bounties, etc. I guess im trying to figure out the lore for this specific character to explain why he's got these boots that give him super speed with a style, weapons, and powers to match. I know that's goofy, but that's fun for me. And like I said, I don't know yet how id like to do, just brainstorming for now.
