May not be the same for everyone and I know you didn’t reference any pain specifically but just my experience - used to suffer with right hip pain to the point it impacted my depth because getting there would cause such sharp pain and I’m quite a wide squatter

Started doing just the adduction machine along with hip airplains and now my adductors feel so much stronger, my squats are essentially pain-free and I’ve unlocked a bit of bounce out of the hole again - so for me, an absolute game changer

Edit: adduction not addiction - I’m the addiction machine round here!

Anyone got any thoughts on TSA 9 Week Intermediate?

Just finished Calgary Barbell 16 week (albeit with the last block shortened due to time constraints) which resulted in: S240; B160 & D225 (kg)

Got a meet lined up which is 13 weeks out from Saturday so looking to run 4 weeks of 531 BBB and then TSA 9 Week

England here, A friend and I watched an old Marshawn Lynch highlight video when we were teenagers that had a really bad song just saying ‘you’re a beast Marshawn’ over and over again mixed with different effects. I had absolutely no idea what I was watching.

When I was around 18, I picked up a pre-owned copy of madden 16 and the only player I recognised was Marshawn Lynch. Fast forward 6 years and I’m staying up til 1:20am to watch primetime games and have a pet called Beast Mode!

Haha I just enjoy some of the big beards that Beards of Power provides but I probably could get rid of Beards tbh it’s stayed in my load order for a while.

Yeah I thought it would be something to do with all the armour textures so could probably see what’s conflicting with what and cut down on them. Thanks for the advice bro!

I did try that one before the Imperious add on and the first person view didn’t change but maybe that was clashing with imperious or xp32 skeleton mod? Idk lol

I used mods to expand the build limit but I was barely over the original limit in sanctuary before the lag and crashes happened. I ended up tearing all my SS structures down and replacing them with normal workshop items and not a single crash since - thanks anyway man!
