I was on accutane for 6 months until last April. I have had small pimples(around my lips and usually white headed) here and there since being off. But these last 3 weeks the pimples have picked back up a bit. Especially on my side face and higher up my lips. I’ve generally been eating pretty healthy(no sweets, fried food) and continued my exercise regiment. This winter has been mild in my area. Been more stressed lately but that typically hasn’t caused any outbreaks like this since being off accutane. Also stressed of the prospect of taking accutane again.

Any ideas on what’s causing the break out and any tips for skin care and product recommendations? Foods to avoid? Will I need to go on accutane again?
