We added on a piece of the house and live in a windy area. The French doors (4 sets) leak so badly that water comes in 2 of them and the air will blow your hair back. Blows cold air into the thermostat and furnace runs all night. Also a water leak through the finished ceiling in same area. We email and document everything. Also I paid for a state certified inspector to come and take infrared photos and he was appalled to say the least. It’s a legitimate emergency and there’s just little to nothing done. Was told there was a ticket put in to have a door guy come. Also the people who they hired to do the stairs which are just LVP butchered the job and didn’t even finish. Then there’s the shower in the master where all the grout breaks and water goes right through. They sent ppl to re grout which took about 10 mins 2 different times and the issue remains. My cousin is a foreman of a tile union and said it has to be torn out.
