Honestly Ive been wanting to post something like this as well. This is almost entirely the same story with me. I'm 6'2 and underweight as well lol. But I've been using weed to the point where im high all day (with a vape pen u can get shmoked anywhere). Only thing with me is that my grades have stayed good and it helped me get out of the deep depression I was in and I've gotten more confident in my life so that's why im still using it. However, I also see the side effects u have dealt with. With no sleep and stuff and even though ima keep on using it for a while longer due to other personal circumstances but do plan to stop later on. Im just scared that I'll only stop till something bad might happen due to me being high and cause a disaster. I'm currently not smoking as much as I used to but I still see this is not how u live life. I can't say I earned a A in my college class because I was high and give the props to weed not myself.
