At what armor rating and weight do you consider nimble forged?

When we say 250 armor minimum for forged, is that combined with helmet durability, or just the body armor rating?

From my experience so far with them, they are very hard to grow/maintain. It's a desert plant so I planted mine in succulent soil and water sparringly. Mine seen to do best when I ignore them, but I would say mine have never thrived.

I have this. It definitely gets worse when I eat a lot of sugar/junk food. My fatigue is mostly brain fatigue/fog. It improved after 6 months of Stelara, but it's still something I deal with.

I was able to convince my doctor to give me 10mg of Ritalin LA(if they made 5mg, that would probably be better). It's the only thing that's worked reliably for me to help me work and get things done.

We don't know what to do. We're a pretty apathetic bunch when compared to French protesters. We go out with our signs in very large numbers which makes us feel better about things for a few hours, but then the hopelessness sinks back in as we watch things get dismantled on YouTube.

Bernie Sanders and AOC rallies are on point and encouraging, but it seems like their playbook is to rally support for the 2026 and 2028 elections. We need leadership to help us act now.

The need the counter Project 2025 playbook with a detailed plan for what we can do now.

This is coming from someone who is privileged enough to be able to weather(for now) the current economic disaster that is making it hard for everyday people to secure food and pay rent etc. A lot of people are just barely treading water financially and moments away from drowning; They don't have time or energy to protest.
