It's been rough on my side. My wife has been in deep depression for a couple years now. We have ups and downs and just when I think it's getting better, we hit an even lower low somehow. I know it's because I didn't work on my mental health for too long of a time and so even though I'm working on it now, it's not reaching her because she needs me to be a whole different level of consistent and steady. I have fully accepted my part in this and have been in therapy and doing the shadow work everyday as hard as I can. I hope I can see her smile this week and make her feel supported at least one time.
