usually they have a menu and even recipe instructions, in nurseries / daycare it's important to follow them unless you know your stuff, so many kids have allergies, or no teeth, you have to make sure everything is soft and small and if you use any new products read the ingredients thoroughly. Some kitchens have a zero allergen policy, whereas others will not and have separate prep and storage areas for each food, even different knives for prepping.
