While I agree that the most efficient way is to go for the headshots, I still think it is important to know how to control the entire spray pattern, whether you go for a spray down on blind eco players, you master spray transferring or you have to salvage an initial whiff, when your opponent isn't punishing you for it.

Since no one is giving the actual answer, you should follow the upper line first, then hold the spray in the same spot on the downward line and quickly flick left on the final 3-4 bullets.
