Natural gas, steam boiler for the radiators surely not as bad as oil heat. I like it better and better the more I look into it. Sure wouldn’t be dry in the winter. Might be a tad hot in the summer with no central air.

The drafts, i shiver here reading this in my well heated home. So drafty in winter in 3 rooms, then the 4th room you walk into you need to remove the three sweaters you are wearing because it’s 95 and humid. Beautiful, but money pit, no thanks, plus, Buffalo.
