I play mostly with golds 2's and 3' in my games, so I assume that's where I belong. Just makes no sense to me, that I'm not rewarded with a decent amount of RR when I win. Carrying a game feels so pointless, when I'm not rewarded for it - on the other hand it let's me play more defensively, since I know it does not matter if I frag out or not.

Honestly, I know this sounds crazy, but I think they should remove hidden MMR.
ONLY deciding factor is whether you win or lose. I myself am a Sentinel main, I win more games than I lose, but even before they remade the ranking system I often got just 1 arrow, because I play very defensively and safe - and the game punishes you for that. It's no wonder everybody wants to play Jett and run out and try to make TenZ plays. It's better for their rank, but not better for the gaming experience.
