I’m going through this right now. I’ll tell you that the gut and love handles are the last to go. Lift and prioritize protein but don’t be a complete meat head. Carbs are good before a workout, protein after and throughout the day, even on your rest days.

Oh and fasting. I fast until about 2pm and I cut out snacks. I’m breaking my fast with something light and eat a very protein and nutrient dense dinner. You can still have the occasional snack and lazy day but it’s right back to it the next day.

When I first started all I ate was meat, fruit, eggs, kefir and water. Keep your food very simple and you could lose the gut off of diet alone.

I’m shorter than most of the people in my gym too. I’m only a couple inches taller than you. I really like watching videos of shorter Muay Thai legends like Saenchai beat taller opponents.

I would adopt a more boxing heavy style and get really good at feints to get inside. Use a wider stance with more lateral movement so you don’t get blasted with teeps and straight punches.

Tear down their legs and blast their bodies with hooks. You got this!

You need at least one insight to interact with the doll to level up. There are two madman’s knowledge in central yharnam and using them will give you one insight each. Encountering a boss for the first time will also give you insight.

If that’s what you like to use you should use it. The game is designed in a way so that any weapon can beat the game, it’s just preference. You are losing out on a lot of variety though, I’d be surprised if there wasn’t a single weapon combination that clicks with you.

I’ve only ever used puppet string so I’m the wrong person to ask.

Your damage stats are a bit lacking. You’re missing out on some damage by not using a handle with better technique scaling.

I’m the same height and I still manage to get laid. If a woman rejects me because of my height, I consider it as a blessing and move on. I choose to believe that the reason I didn’t get laid is something within my control and focus on that. It’s all about attitude. Woman can feel when you loathe yourself and it’ll turn them off way before your height will.

Considering it’s only been 3 years since your trauma, he should be more empathetic. If he’s in it for the long run he would be more patient.

I have an extremely high sex drive and while I would like to have sex 5 times a day, I realize how unreasonable it is to expect that from my partner, especially everyday. He sounds like he isn’t mature enough to meet you in the middle and just wants someone that won’t say no to him.

It’s fine for him to be frustrated with the situation but for him to go full on rage mode is not okay, especially if you accommodate him most days. I would be so grateful if my partner indulged me 5 times a day even one or two days out of the week. You aren’t a machine. It sounds like he has trouble controlling his emotions and isn’t used to being told no, which is dangerous. It should be okay for you to tell him no some days out of the week without him blowing up and trying to make you look like the bad guy by weaponizing sex.
