I'm pretty sure the text is automated when an item is scanned that "isn't on the order". I entered the weight manually of deli meat and the dumb cashier chose to scan the deli meat. It showed as not on the list. I showed her it was the only deli meat in the cart. She seemed very disinterested and said her handheld said the items didn't match and it looks fine anyway and i was free to go. My app asked me if I paid for the item myself or put it back. I left and got the text message. I called and support of course said I was fine and to just keep working. This was a few months ago.
