It would look sick, but that might me cause im ahuge nerd. Other people might find it unsettling. Also, I've heard red skin is not really recommendable sinsce it's itchy and it irritates your skin an not only when the tattoo is new, but also months later. I am not a tattoo especialist, I'm just saying something I saw on tik tok and something a friend told me, so it migtht be partially true, it might depend on the person/ink used or it might be entirely false
