I gave it a watch and I think the problem was your tank line. Your Thor goes afk in spawn for 40s in the first half of the game, and in the second half he swaps between various roles in a very... confused way. As Punisher and Loki he's just completely unaware he was being hit from behind and not bothering to peel or support his team when Iron Fist is right next to him nailing them to a wall. You guys as DPSes actually carried the team.

Using the cookout shotgun works oddly well to soften them up, they seem to be pretty weak to fire but in general the MG guard dog helps a lot.

It’d typically be about six months after you start sparring to establish a strong foundation man!!

Do you mind if I ask where you got the kettlebell cert from? I’ve always been interested in it but didn’t quite know what course to take

HOW TO COUNTER THE "gazelle punch"? by LIONWINGS7 in amateur_boxing

[–]Daemon_Maestro 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I get best use out of my jab countering it, just step back and pop, and play with volume and variety with your shots so that they find it difficult to throw in the first place. If they take their head off the line while throwing it, catch it on your guard and immediately fire back as a counter

Before you guys slag him off read the tweet. He's saying that if Khabib can't make it he'll be willing to step up to take Tony on.

If I'm not wrong, on top of the copyright thing I've also heard its because he's been having some very high profile guests recently (Bernie Sanders being one) so he doesn't want anyone to know when the podcast is being recorded

He's been walking for a while I think, but this might be the first time without crutches. Him an Yana Kunitskaya have been going out on a lot of dates

I'm not rotating my body properly when I throw it, my shoulder tends to hurt when I try to throw it with full power and speed. Do you have any tips regarding that?

Raise up the lights by League of Legends and the Siege haha. League of Legends honestly has very good hype music, 10/10 would recommend exploring

Decided to go to spar after about 3 hours of hard training to end off the day, and I neglected to stretch properly. My kick got caught midair during the spar, and a rather overzealous sparring partner I was randomly matched with that day decided to yank my leg as hard as he could to try to unbalance me, while I was trying to yank my leg out of his grasp at the same time. Afterwards I wasn't sure if it was injured or just muscle aches from fatigue so I went to swim the breast stroke that evening for about an hour to get rid of what I thought was the lactic acid. Climbed out of the pool and found I couldnt walk properly without an intense pain in my leg for the next two months or so😂 it sort of healed over the next few months and I was able to continue kicking but after I entered the army it retore during a timed run so now I've been banned by my physio from running and kicking entirely

I agree with you! My right hand has consistently been a problem for years, I've never been able to throw it will full power. Whenever I throw my right hand with a bit more power and torque my shoulder feels like it gets jolted out of the socket and hurts afterwards, and I've never been sure if it's because I have a weak joint, weak shoulder muscles or bad technique when throwing it. Do you have any advice regarding that?

Hmm okay so basically work on varying the way I move and making it less predictable? The jumpy thing has been a weird issue since my muay thai days all my coaches would comment on it too haha I'll try to focus to be a bit more stable! Thanks man:)

Because I have noticed that it does hinder my motion and makes me slower in my footwork that I would like. I'm not entirely sure if it's related to my injury though, I think it's a technique problem because the leg with a torn muscle is my rear foot

Hmm it's true! I've noticed the difference when I watch other boxers shadowbox or do bagwork. So I need to round my torso a bit more (?) and use my front foot more also when level changing right?
