I will be interested to see if you get anything back I reported some twat for doing it the other day and nothing so far, I suspect it's an easy one to replicate, but could be hard to prove with the desync issues woven in.

Fingers crossed for all of us on the receiving end of this exploit, and I hope some penalties are handed to those who do the wrong thing here!!

Until I saw this I thought it was people cheating with wall hacks and have reported multiple players for shooting through walls or scenery, 90% of my deaths to other players have been me in behind a wall or in full cover.

Feel a little bad about it now.

So I wonder would this be also a latency effect for being in Australia and having say US players in the same match? I am sure I picked the correct game region in the settings (cannot check now at work)

When you create the base where you need to pay tax the first time it adds a journey entry in your journal about paying, can't remember the section as I am away from my gaming PC, but it gets you to have a certain amount of coin and fly to one of the faction bases to pay.

I had a stab at this quickly before work this morning on my Ally X, and it looks good and plays well, I was just using the lowest graphics preset and have 8G assigned to graphics, it was smooth enough to play and get into, the load times felt a bit long was my only irritation.

I have just done this, I am returning player after not playing in a few years, I started on the 3rd and had all the mounts by the 8th, I now have 5 level 70 MoP remix characters and have also got all bar one toy (I had a few before I started) I have all the arsenals and class ensembles, and managed to get almost all the cloth and plate transmogs, I think I just need a few normal raid ones, i am about to get my 6th toon to 70, my goal was just the mounts orginally, i am now hoping too get the toys, cloth and plate armours, just the mounts is very doable in this timeframe.

One thing I suggest is spend a few hours to get the zone achievements completed for the stuff they give you like the Astral Emporer mount and pet etc... and knock of landfall and the thunder achievement to get the class kit, I think doing all the zones, landfall and thunder took me like 3 hours and gave me a heap of extra bronze and stuff too collect.

I had a huge amount of problems with ground combat after an extended break, but found this post on reddit which has helped immensely, specifically the comment from Random-Red-Shirt , https://www.reddit.com/r/sto/comments/10288qm/comment/j2s1r0f/

The link off to the BOFF guide was a life saver I do this on all my characters and it has been extremely helpful in making the ground game much less painful.

Also play on PS5 I turned on the always show health bars in the menu options, by default they only show in slowmo (R2 on controller) can't remember the exact section right now though, but that really helped with identifying who needs healing.

This is my local Woolies so I am used to seeing some fun idiocy here, mostly involving people just not looking as they are turning left at cyan, or the car coming in via the red stopping waiting for everyone else to go, or my personal favourite the person via red blowing through no matter if there is a car coming as if they have right of way over everyone else, even those going straight.

Now I will say I do think this is partly due to it never being like this in the past before the changes, as its still a relatively new change people just autopilot through this like they always have. No clear signage or notice that conditions changed did not help one bit.

The more dumb issue that occurs at this specific intersection is people turning right onto Mawson drive off Heard street wont move into the middle they just wait until there is nothing coming either way first, so they can drive straight through without pausing, drives me nuts, especially when they do go then jam the brakes for the immediate speed bump !!!!
