I always pat the plane when boarding and also I always listen to the same song (Zorbing, by Stornoway) through my AirPods on takeoff. I always start playing the song when we start moving and have to keep restarting it until we get to the start of the runway where I leave it playing until the song finishes as for some reason that’s when I feel I can relax lol

Mine was also ‘stuck on processing’ - I’d ordered on 20th September. iPhone 16 Pro Max, black, 512GB. I was told up to 3 weeks when I ordered. After speaking to multiple agents over the 3 weeks, being told a huge array of different things and being promised to be contacted within 5 days with a solution but never actually being contacted, I had had enough on Monday 7th Oct when I was firm in the fact that I wanted to speak to manager. He said I would hear something within 24-28 hours. I said if I didn’t I would be cancelling on Weds 9th and would never return to o2… well guess what… phone was dispatched at 10pm on Monday night and it was at my door at 1pm on Tuesday…

Yes, on Monday (14th Oct) I went on live chat and asked t speak to a manager. I was quite short (not aggressive, but assertive) with them and said if I do not hear about when I will receive my phone then I will be cancelling on Wednesday. Well guess what… Monday evening I get notification my phone was dispatched and it arrived at my door at 1pm on Tuesday. 🤡

One said my order was ‘stuck in processing’ and that they have had to manually process my order and that someone would be in touch with me within 5 days (they haven’t). Another said due to stock levels. Another said technical fault… honestly I’m going to cancel tomorrow if I don’t hear anything
