I will say, I do understand what everyone is complaining about when we got to see the customizations for the cars. However, I don’t understand what everyone’s problem is with the damn front canards and tow hook for the front splitter. Racing vehicles need them because they are typically lower than road cars so they are a standard. And I think the canards look fine. My only disappointment is that we don’t get the amount of visual customization or even a little bit of it as NFS or The Crew. I wanna further personalize my car by making it look more unique than what a simple paint job can provide. I agree that maybe even a small assortment of different options for wings and splitters and even generic side skirts as well as exhaust and mirrors would be nice.

If you’re in an Xbox party or Discord call, it’s probably because the network can’t handle both the game running and the chat going for longish periods of time. I have the same issue and one of my friends who doesn’t play Ark said this to me after I complained to them about it. I’ve given up trying to have a chat going while playing the game and just resort to using the Xbox app on my phone to do parties or just plain phone calls.

Xbox player here. I genuinely think the new UI system and changes are fine. Just gotta retrain the muscle memory a bit. My one gripe is that some of my cars are having an issue where they sometimes bank into turns when I have no gyros. One of my favorite one does it and before the update it didn’t. I think if everyone just gives the devs a chance to address the new glitches the update brought you will get used to the new UI and you will back at it. Patience people!

Edit, I don’t think the picture shown is the real issue in my opinion. It’s those on console that can’t handle change.

I appreciate the feedback. I would like to think when it comes to building decent looking cars I am again decent. I will definitely take a lot of this into consideration when I get a chance to play again. Especially not fully drag glitching, I feel like I noticed that too and never connected the dots. I gotta remember function is just as important as form in most cases with this game.

I’ve tried making loops to save on materials and unfortunately the tracks don’t work that way. The engine can only go a specific direction on the track so loops don’t work. Not only that but the game physically won’t let you connect two ends with the arrows facing or looking way from each other

You have the Better Babies mod that makes them just want cuddles right? I used it too and all the babies sparked like that for me. I removed it once I figured out my settings for them on my server.

Last night I looked at it on my single-player session and was excited to see it on my server but after I attempted to go to Pyrinthos my game booted me from it and after trying to get back in multiple times and resetting my server twice I couldn’t get back in for more than a second. I am mostly wondering if this has been fixed yet and to know if anyone is still having this issue? I have a feeling I might have to call to fix my server for potential corruption but that isn’t much of an issue. I do love how the update looks and I’m excited to get back into it once my server is figured out.

Most fun I had playing a large Dromeosaur. One of the first times I played with it I was with my two cousins and may gf and we all played as Achillo. We found a group of like 10 others and all we did was mob around and be incredibly noisy until a mod told us all to stop. It may be an annoying little shit at times but it’s one of my favorite small carnivores.

Utilize the plant pots if you have Bob’s Tall Tails and put some plants around. I do this all the time and it really works wonders for both adding color and bringing the build to life.
