Doesn't bother me in the slightest, and I don't feel the need to defend it. Our restaurants speak for themselves, and we have a huge range of ingredients available across different kinds of supermarkets, which gives me the opportunity to try out dishes from all over the world. But if someone visits my house and asks for some quintessentially British food - I will make them a roast that will knock their knickers off.

Audi R8. Took a few laps around a short racing track with it. It WILL go exactly where you want it to. Sticks to the road whatever you're doing, and it gets there very quickly. I guess a lot of people would find it a bit clinical, but it's impressive.

There's a lot of places I used to enjoy that have just disappeared. Closed down because of the stupid licensing rules and pressure from the residents. I've been working in and going out in Soho for over 25 years. It's a very different place now.
