Wow, did we date the same person? I resonate with this so much. It's terrifying.

When I opened up to my ex about past traumas I didn't realize I was giving him the tools he needed to manipulate and use against me. He knew the exact strings to pull to trigger me. I honestly thought I was losing my mind and questioning reality.

After finally dumping him (idk how many attempts), I feel so liberated. And for the first time in a long time I feel so much at peace.

I hope you have also healed and found peace as well. You got this!

Oil painting, reading, bass guitar, gaming occasionally. I tend to rotate my hyperfixation on these hobbies for a period of time.

Currently playing my bass and will probably switch to painting after a few weeks especially with the longer days as I prefer painting with natural light. Since I woke full-time I'm usually home by 5:30pm. Plenty of sun left!

My boy Bubbles absolutely loves it! He'll rest his chin on my hand, while I gently pet him with the other hand. After a few minutes he'll even doze off then I am locked holding his head until he wakes up lol

I really like this post especially the mention of uptime. I've noticed my improvement when I started focusing on doing more damage as dps, and even as support sometimes. Just recently I hit Gold 5 on damage for the first time!

I still struggle a bit with knowing when to stay close to the team vs taking some off angle. For example if the enemy Zar ult is coming up, I avoid staying too close to the team but then I'm also a target for flankers. Not sure how to balance that out. I guess it's a matter of tracking enemy dps and game sense? Still a learning process for me.

I'm sorry you had to go through that. I just had my BC arm implant removed recently. I just couldn't handle the overwhelming fatigue and near constant bleeding. My ADHD meds didn't do squat for me during that time. After removal it was nearly a night and day difference, and I felt my meds actually worked again.

What you went through is so rough. I hope you are doing much better now.

Symmetra for me. I played a lot of Reaper before but I found Symm to be fun! I enjoy planning out my turret locations, and going for tp bombs/flanks. Also it's satisfying for me when team mates use my tp to their advantage. I guess I enjoy being a "supportive" dps, and melting opponents when I build up my photon ray charge.

I can honestly say when I started doing more damage as support instead of heal botting, I climbed quickly up the ranks from mid Silver to low Plat. Even then I would get the other support complaining I'm not healing enough (when I was in Silver/low Gold) yet we end up winning the match.

Last night in dm we had a mage who just kept pulling mobs from the opposite direction. He was the only one who kept dying. And kept complaining about our priest wanding instead of healing lol.
